It is one of the largest Riser repair facility in Asia, and Asia pacific rim, spanning a total 130,000 sq ft with more than 62000sq ft of covered area with waterfront access and ample space for open yard storages (58,000sq ft).

Since it’s establishment, STSA Riser Division has handled more than hundreds of Marine Risers, to name a few:

The 130000 sq ft of STSA Riser facility aims at delivering total solution for
a. Inspection and Repair
- Machining and weld repair
- PWHT, Various NDE techniques eg. MPI, FPI, UT and RT etc..
- Shot blasting, painting and other surface protection coating such as Thermal Spray Aluminum (TSA).
- Pressure Testing up to a maximum of 30000psi
- A total of 150 risers (90ft length) can be brought in for inspection under the covered area
b. Riser Preservation and Short Term Storage
- Access of waterfront facilities via sea route (cost saving )
- Open yard storage capacity – 250joints
